After many glories competing in recent years that included winning two World Absolutes, various World BJJ weight titles and an ADCC World title while living in San Diego, Ca, Xande Ribeiro decided to re-focus his energy and re-locate to another city and practically start over. Now he is re-energized and ready to rock! Here is what’s up with the Champion: KP- You moved to LA last year. How has that worked out?
XR- I moved to AL on April ’10. At first I was adjusting to the move. I continued ministering the many seminars that I had already scheduled and teaching privates. I love LA, there are plenty of great places to eat, lots of interesting places to visit and my favorite is Muscle Beach in Santa Monica. Those ropes are my toys.
